3. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

6. Billing & Payment
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services in accordance with our pricing and billing terms. All payments are due immediately upon invoice issuance unless otherwise specified. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your Services.
7. Payment Cycle
Every month on the 28th at 12AM UTC, an invoice will be issued and payment will be attempted for all charges that incur that month.
8. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use our Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, including but not limited to spamming, hosting malicious software, launching denial-of-service attacks, or violating the intellectual property rights of others. 9. Resource Usage
You must use the Services within the limits of your subscribed plan. Excessive use of bandwidth, CPU, storage, or network resources that negatively impacts other customers may result in throttling, suspension, or additional charges.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to you. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease and your data may be deleted in accordance with our policies.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syniac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
12. Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including data protection and export control laws.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Syniac is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
